LANA MEMBERSHIP

Did you know that LANA has a membership program, separate from being LANA certified? Yes, we do! Once you are LANA certified, you are eligible to become a member of LANA. This is an annual membership program. Effective July 1, 2009, membership dues will be $55.00 for a one year membership. Being a member of LANA allows you to log into the members only section of the LANA website. From there, you can interact with other LANA certified therapists, review abstracts and take quizzes that earn "points" towards your LANA recertification, and many other perks. In the next LANA Physician Directory, your name will stand out from non-members of LANA. In the LANA on-line directory, LANA members's names appear before non-members so you have more exposure. Please feel free to email LANA if you have questions. If you are interested in becoming a member, please visit the LANA website and download the application and submit with payment.

HAVE YOU MOVED? CHANGED EMPLOYERS? CHANGED EMAIL ADDRESSES?

If you are LANA certified and have moved, changed employers, changed email addresses, etc... since your initial certification, please be sure to keep LANA up to date with your information.  Please email LANA at lana@clt-lana.org and let us know your current information.  Annually, LANA sends out mailings and we'd like to make sure that you receive your material.  If you are not sure that we have your correct information, please feel free to check your profile on the LANA website and if it is not correct, please email LANA at lana@clt-lana.org.

FALL, 2009 LANA CERTIFICATION EXAM DATES

Fall, 2009 exam dates are Monday, October 5 through Saturday, October 24, 2009. All applications must be postmarked by September 14, 2009 to be accepted for Fall, 2009. The fee for the LANA certification exam will be $300.00 beginning with the Fall, 2009 session. Please be sure to examine the CIB to review the criteria for testing and necessary paperwork to include. There is a tab on the left side of the home page for the "CIB" which contains full details regarding the exam process.

SPRING, 2009 RECERTIFICATION APPLICATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED

If you became LANA certified in Spring, 2009, now is the time to submit your application for recertification. LANA certification is valid for 6 years so please take a minute to view the recertification policy, print the application and submit with the necessary documents. If you were certified in Spring (March, April, May) 2003, you have until June 30, 2003 to submit your paperwork.

RECERTIFICATION POLICY AND APPLICATION

The Board approved a Recertification policy (Word Format, PDF Format). The application (Word Format, PDF Format) for recertification can also be downloaded. Applications for SPRING, 2009 are being accepted until June 30, 2009.  Applications for FALL, 2009 recertification are also now being accepted and must be postmarked by December 31, 2009. Please email LANA at lana@clt-lana.org if you have questions. Please be sure the certificates of continuing education that you are submitting show the number of hours earned. Hours must be printed on the certificate. Handwritten hours will not be accepted.
